Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all our Moms & Moms to be!
We have a big celebration planed for Mother's day and I'll be doing all the cooking (as usual!).

Our menu theme for this Mother's day is Seafood based. you can find some great recipes for seafood on our seafood recipes page.
We are going to begin with a crab dip appetizer served in a bread bowl & cocktail shrimp, then move on to Seafood chowder & fresh Caesar salad and for the main course baked stuffed cod with a seafood stuffing.

I'm still debating on desert, maybe a strawberry shortcake?
